New Floors, Room by Room

Tired carpet in the bedrooms, a dated laminate in the hall, or a rental that needs to look new before the next tenant. We pull up the old floor, prep the subfloor, and lay the new one with clean transitions.

A Flat Floor Starts Underneath It

Most Tampa Bay homes are built on a concrete slab, which is great for flooring - as long as it is flat and the right moisture barrier goes down first. Skip that and floating floors click, separate, or cup. We remove the old flooring, check the slab for high and low spots, lay the underlayment your product calls for, and install it with expansion gaps, transitions, and trim done properly at every doorway.

What This Covers
  • Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and vinyl tile
  • Laminate flooring
  • Floating engineered wood floors
  • Carpet and pad installation
  • Removal and haul-away of old flooring
  • Underlayment and moisture barrier over slab
  • Transitions, thresholds, and quarter round

Straight talk on scope

Ceramic and porcelain tile installation is not part of this service. If we pull up a floor and find damaged or rotted subfloor, we stop and show you before anything else happens.

How It Works

Three Steps, No Runaround

  1. 1

    Send us the list

Call, text, or use the form. Tell us what needs doing and where. Photos help a lot - text them straight to our number.

  2. 2

    Get a clear quote

Most jobs we can price from a description and photos. If we honestly need to see it first, we will say so and book a quick look.

  3. 3

We show up and get it done

On time, with the right tools and materials. If something turns out bigger than expected, you hear about it before the price changes.

Fastest quote: text a few photos to (813) 212-9500 with a line about what you need.
