Painting Done With the Prep It Needs
A single accent wall, a whole bedroom, the front door that faded in the sun, or the trim that has not been touched since the house was built. Clean lines, covered floors, and no mess left behind.
Most of a Good Paint Job Happens Before the Paint
Paint fails when the surface underneath was not ready for it. We fill and sand the dings, caulk the gaps along the trim, spot-prime the patches so they do not flash through, and mask and cover everything that is not getting painted. Then two clean coats. Inside, that means walls, ceilings, trim, and doors. Outside, it means the parts of a Florida house that take the worst of the sun: front doors, shutters, garage doors, trim, fascia, and stucco.
- Walls and ceilings, single rooms or several
- Baseboards, door and window casing, and interior doors
- Patching, sanding, caulking, and spot-priming before paint
- Front doors, shutters, garage doors, and exterior trim
- Stucco and fascia touch-ups and repaints
- Floors and furniture covered, and cleanup when we finish
