Have a list? Small jobs are best done together. Bundle the leaky caulk, the wobbly door knob, and the blinds that never went up into one visit and you are not paying for three trips.
Materials on their own line
Materials are listed on the quote as their own line, separate from labor. Already bought the paint, the TV mount, or the flooring? Tell us and we will quote the labor on its own.
Trip charges
No trip charge anywhere in Pasco, Hillsborough, or Pinellas County. Outside those three, we can sometimes still come out, with any travel cost agreed when we book.
If we open something up and the job turns out bigger than quoted - rotted wood behind the trim, a hinge screwed into nothing - we stop, show you, and you decide before the price changes.
